If you missed National Self-Check Month in February, it’s not too late. As 2022 begins and we all get into our routines, it is easy to forget about our health and well-being.
The World Health Organizations defines health as “…a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”. National Self-Check Month is meant to remind everyone to check in on their health and put themselves first by practicing some self-care.
