Tom Thumb offers customers a way to direct donation dollars to their favorite non-profit organization. You can link your favorite participating charity to your Reward card by completing a Reward Application Form at any Courtesy Booth. Fill in the top portion and the "Good Neighbor Program" section, indicating our account number: 1055.

The more people who link their card to our organization's account number, the more money we will raise.

FAQ's:

1.) Can I link my Reward card to more than one organization?

Up to three organizations per household may be linked. Your total purchase amount will be divided equally among the organizations designated on the Reward cards in each household. To maximize the contribution level, we recommend choosing only one organization per household.

2.) What if I already have my Reward card linked to an organization, but decide that I want to change it?

You can change your designated organization at any time by completing a Reward Application Form at any Courtesy Booth. Fill in the top portion and the "Good Neighbor Program" section, indicating what account number to link or delink on your card.

3.) Do I have to give the organization's number every time I make a purchase?

No. Once your Reward card is linked to your specified organization, that's it! Every time you make a purchase using your Reward card, the total purchase will be automatically credited to your organization.

4.) Do pharmacy purchases count toward my organization?

Yes, all items purchased using your Reward Card except alcoholic beverages and tobacco products count toward the purchase amount credited to the Good Neighbor Program accounts.

5.) I forgot to give the cashier my Reward card. Can I bring in my receipt tomorrow to be sure that my organization gets the credit for that purchase?

No. A customer's Reward card must be scanned at the register prior to having your groceries scanned. Data to determine Tom Thumb's contribution to Good Neighbor Program organizations is collected electronically through the magnetic strip on your Reward Card. Therefore, we are only able to credit the organizations with purchases made through the Reward Card. Purchases made prior to the Reward Card being linked to the organization do not count toward the Good Neighbor Program. Purchases are not retroactive.
